Cross references in Word to Ebook (KDP)
Hello,
when I convert a docx with footnotes and cross-references to an ebook on Amazon KDP, the footnotes are clickable and you can jump to them, but the cross-references are not. They are just numbers. Does anyone have an idea if and how to fix this? Thanks Hmelk
