Spell-check that makes no changes?
Hi,
I want Word 2019, I think, to show things it thinks are spelled wrong but not change those. I cannot find a way under proofing to do that. I tried to do this. Now, Word doesn't show what it thinks is spelled wrong. I want to see the problem right away and fix it right then in context, not wait for one massive spell-check session. I have long documents. In my field, biblical studies, there are lots of special terms from both my discipline and some other fields, like narratology and philosophy. Having MS Word do spell checking and change what it does not know is a real problem. For example, in my doctoral dissertation, I used the words intertextual and intertextuality all over the place. MS Word kept trying to change it to intersexual and intersexuality. That spelling change would have been very bad and made me fail. How can I do this, please? Thanks.
