Default Resequencing numbers in MS Word table

Hello,
I have a MS Word document which has a table. One of the columns are steps which have to be in increments of 10. I've inserted several rows, and I need to resequence the steps so that they are in increments of 10. Is there a way to do this in MS Word?

If not, can you suggest a way that I can do this?

Thanks,
jaypas
