Justifying error
Hey mates, I'm trying to justify a paragrah but as you see, it's justifying a short sequence it should not. How can I correct this ? Thank you for your help ! Jean |

Hi, Jean,
It's difficult to tell displaying just the text without being able to see all the formatting marks. It may be that the line following the top one doesn't have regular spaces but non-breaking spaces. Can you post the Word file itself? If not, I would suggest examining it with the formatting marks showing (click on the ¶ on the Home Ribbon) and Shift+F1 (or Reveal Formatting) to look for reasons the text isn't breaking at a more logical spot. The non-breaking spaces will look like degree symbols (°) instead of regular spaces. The text won't wrap or line-break at those. Wrapping can also get weird looking if you have a sequence of long words when automatic hyphenation is switched off. |
