Default How to change shading colour of tracked changes bar?

Hi, does anyone know how I can change the shading colour of the bar that highlights each tracked change when I look through the tracked changes I have made in a Word document? The default colour is light grey, but it's often difficult to see the bar as it jumps from track to track when I click on "Next" under Review > Changes. Many thanks, Bertie

I do not know of any way to change this.
I have my changes displayed in line with color markup so they are quite obvious when I look at something.

Thanks. That's too bad. I like to review my marks when I track - often heavily - the documents I proofread, but it's not always clear which tracked mark I'm directed to when I click on Next, especially when I proofread Word tables.

Some older versions of Word did allow you to change the color of the Changed Lines. I don't know why that setting was removed.

The color is different in the "Simple Markup" view, if that helps.
