Automating Sections to Table of Figures

Hello!

I'm not sure if I'm using the Table of Figures function correctly - but I would appreciate some help with automating different parts of a document into the appendix. I've figured out how to collate them using Styles > Table of Figures, however I'm not able to port over the formatting which is key!

This document involves collaboration among different individuals, where the formatting is employed to attribute questions to specific groups and direct them to particular attendees.

Here's the document breakdown:
1. The document comprises multiple sections and sub-sections.
2. Certain relevant sub-sections contain boxes with numbered question lists.
3. The numbering commences at 1 and continues sequentially throughout the document.


4. Questions are formatted based on their topics and intended recipients
5. Additional questions from secondary groups are highlighted in a distinct color, such as red.

Your Help Needed:
I'm looking for a method to automatically gather all questions from the subsection boxes and compile them into a list at the document's end, all while maintaining the original formatting. The exact formatting style can be adjusted, but it's important to preserve the functional signals conveyed by the formatting.

Currently, we're using the Table of Figures (something I stumbled upon) to assemble the questions, yet we're having to manually reformat them afterwards. This is quite challenge as any revisions to the shared document would mean manually reformatting all over again.

I'm open to any suggestions or ideas from anyone. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
