Style changes when file re-opens
Word 16. I use the normal style for documents I create. Normally it's set to single spacing. However, if I change the normal style paragraph spacing to another value (1.5 lines, double, etc) the style reverts to single spacing after I close and re-open the file. It does this on all Word files. How can I fix this? |

Look at the option to update styles from template.
On the Developer Tab click on Document Template. Is that option checked? If so, uncheck it. In my opinion, Word 2007 was released not ready for prime time. See if you can find Office 2010; it is far superior. |

No option to update styles from template. What I found was "Automatically update document style". I unchecked that and that seems to have solved the problem. Thanks for your help.
