TOC fields
With the awesome help of the members of this forum, I was able to construct a TOC based on TOC fields in my footnotes (That is where almost all of the material resides)
But the navigation pane only recognizes header 1 header 2 etc and not when those styles are applied in the footnote region. So how can I create a "floating" TOC that I can use to navigate around from anywhere in the doc without having to return to the TOC and clicking on an entry? Thank You all so much! Susan |

Do you, by chance, mean TC Fields?
While a wonderful tool, the Navigation Pane has limits. Headings that do not show up in the Navigation Pane or in a Table of Contents (or in Cross-References / Hyperlinks) |
