Open my default template when right click within a folder to create a new Word document
I often write what amount to Read Me files within folders.
I created a default template (dotx), and I use a desktop shortcut to open it. However, when I'm inside a folder, and I right click and select New>Microsoft Word Document, the document that opens is not my default; it reverts to Word's default. How do I force Word to open MY template from the right-click New menu? Thanks. Windows 11 Home; MS Office 2021 Pro |
