Completely refresh Office 365 for Business
I have had a number of problems with Word and want to reset it
I used the full repair option but it has not reset the Word installation. My custom toolbars remain the same etc How do I completely refresh Word and start again

Custom toolbars and complete refresh -- does not compute!
How are your custom toolbars created? Ribbon tabs? What sort of problem are you having with these? Even a complete reinstall will not take off customizations stored in Add-Ins. Add-Ins in Microsoft Word Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 07-29-2023 at 06:50 AM.

As Charles said, what are you referring to, exactly? What do you see in the user interface? A screen shot might be helpful.
