Default Can't get rid of a line

I decided to use one of the templates give by word for my resume. I modified the template with my information and everything was going smoothly but then I stumbled upon a problem, the line. This line will appear on EVERY SINGLE PAGE no matter what . The template has cells and I tried playing around with the cells but it will not stop. so This annoying line will be in the middle of a paragraph if it continues from one page to the other. The template is called 'Classic management resume'.

First, select somewhere within the main body of the resume. Do you see the Layout tab now displayed at the far right of your ribbon headings? Go there, because the main body of this resume format is a table. On the Layout ribbon, find and select View Gridlines second from the left (at least that's where it is for me). You can now see where all the cell boundaries are and it's easier to turn on and off borders you can actually see. I marked 1 an area where I removed the line but the dotted gridlines let me know the cell wall is there, and 2 where I haven't removed the visible/printable line.

The heavy line between the top and bottom (marked 3 in my screenshot) appears to be an object that you have to select and delete.

Generally, a resume is a single page while a CV is multi-page. That said...
Anything that appears on every page is something in a header or footer.
Try editing your header and seeing if you can select it.
