Default Images and cells

Hi everyone,
I created a table where I insert images, if this is larger than the cell I have to manually resize the image, is there any way to make the image auto-resize within the cell?
I put there the example file here SwissTransfer.com - Envoi securise et gratuit de gros fichiers
the example file in the first table i resized the image manually in the second table it is still to be resized
Thank

You'll be able to center the text within the cell after changing the paragraph line spacing to "Single" (instead of "at least 27 pts)

If you set the cell to fixed width, before inserting the image, if the image is larger than the cell it will shrink to fit.
You may find Photo Gallery Add-in Template useful.

I have disabled fixed content but it doesn’t work, is this the option?
