Default Recover Word file content

I created a new Word file in a folder with other similar files and audios.

It happened that by looking at the keyboard when typing, I thought I had put capital letters when I pressed the tab key and the focus went to the next file and the name I was going to give to the new Word I put it to an existing one, and I could not find a way to recover the name I had.

In a similar way I removed the name of a Word file leaving the file without a name, only .docx, and the content of the file disappeared. Instead it opens another Word and what I need is to recover the content of that file which is very important to me.

It should be clarified that this happens in Windows 10 because in previous versions it was not possible to keep an unnamed office file with only the file extension.

My question is how to recover the content of the Word file that was deleted by removing the name, leaving only the extension.

Thanks for the help you can give me, greetings.
