I now understand that you are talking about Word .docx files.
Such a file, created in Word, can be read using Word on any other comptuter.


Tho Belkin file transfer cable should be addressed on their site. No one here is likely to have any special knowledge on its use.

I am unfamiliar with this, under this name.
