What kind of citation is this: (1922, 88)
What does this citation mean?
The Australian British philosopher Lidwig Wittgenstein said, "Death is not an event of life. Death is not lived through" (1922, 88). Those aren't page numbers of the book I'm reading, I'm sure. Typo??? Thanks! |

My assumption is that 1922 is the year the quote was made and it is the 88th citation in whatever work you took it from. There should be a list of citations in the document and I would expect them to be numbered.
However, it could be an error since the philosopher was probably AUSTRIAN-British not Australian and his first name was probably LUDWIG.
