mail merge a word document that one field picks a photo

I want to create a word mail merge document that I can send to multiple contacts with each contact receiving their particular profile data (e.g., Name, Address, Phone). Along with that data, I have one merge field named "Picture". That picture is pointing to a particular path to the photo, for example: "C:\Documents\Contacts\120.jpg".

My mail merge works great for all fields except the photo (Picture). It just shows the path in the mail merge document. I tried this:
{INCLUDEPICTURE {IF TRUE "C:\=ocuments\Contacts\«Picture»"} \d}

Still just shows the path.

Any suggestions?
