Create d fields
Hi all
I'm newbie to world but I will do my best to describe what I would like to do : I have a long document with some recurrent values like "beginning date" "end date" "percentage" etc... I would like to enter each of these values just one time and have it duplicate all over other pages in the document, each time it's quoted For now I have to enter each of these values manually many times Is there a solution ? Thanks ! |

There are several solutions to this. My recommendation is mapped content controls.

Hi, and thanks again
Insert Content Control Add-In did the trick for me, and it is compatible with word 2021, while greg Maxey tools isn't Many thanks for your help (both of you) |

Greg's is certainly compatible with Word 2021, but so long as you have something that works for you.
