Default Converting a Letterhead made in Photoshop to Word

Hello. I have created a letterhead design in Photoshop and want to convert it to word so it can be edited to include text when drafting letters. I watched some videos and struggling a bit. I was able to get the design imported to Word by inserting a picture, then changing the margins to 0 and paper size to A4 and using wrap text as behind text.

Now I am not able to have the cursor for text start in the middle of the document. The anchor is set to the top left. I tried moving but doesn't allow me to do so. Can i get some help please? Thank you.
