Hi all,
Like on the attached document that I found online, I would like for my own resumee to be have this presentation for each block of my resumee.
I mean for "Education" or for "Work experience" for example to have a centered line before and after each of this section.

A simple method would be to add two tab stops with leaders: one centered tab stop and one which is right-aligned. Tab to the first tab location and type "Education" and then tab to the end of the text paragraph.

Note that Word offers a limited set of tab leaders, so you may not get exactly what you want.

If you require a solid line, the option would be to put this is a Table.
Note that placing a heading in a Table takes it out of the Navigation Pane.


The lines shown around the table cells are non-printing gridlines, not borders.
This is far from automatic and will require fiddling. Personally, I think the tab settings are better.

Another option is to use a line and text box grouped together. This will give you the solid line you want and enable you to set it centrally to the height of your text. As you can set the grouped shape to be inline with text your headings will move as you add text above.
