Field Code to Display Specific Date of Current or Next Month

Hi,

I've had a good play around with the date calculations document as per the pinned sticky note but I'm not having any luck.

I'm looking for a field Code that outputs either the 28th day of this month, or a different code that can output the 28th day of next month.

Everything so far gives me a syntax error.
