Default Starting heading on new page if the section wont fit on the page

Im trying to set the style so that when the subheadings and text wont fully fit on the previous page, it will move to the next page (and if the section if longer than one page, overflow onto a second page.

Is there any setting I'm missing? I've tried working with the line and page break settings in the paragraph tab with no luck

Edit: Specifically, I'm looking for the HAZARD heading to move to a new page

Try:

Paragraph style on (2) Hazard: Keep with next
Paragraph style on (3) Dissipline: Keep with next
Paragraph style on Bullet Point: Keep lines together

...then put a normal paragraph break below the last bullet point. You might have to manually select the (4) Normal style from your style gallery to make it so, and make the bullet point go away too.

You need to modify the attributes of both Title and Bullet Points styles so they both have "Keep Together" and "Keep with next" turned on.

THEN
You need to insert a small empty paragraph immediately before every Hazard heading that DOESN'T have 'Keep with Next' turned on. An alternative is to use a duplicate Bullet Points style called "Bullet Points Last" which doesn't have Keep with Next on which you must use on the final paragraph before the Hazard heading.
