Hello,
I'm making a new document template, using Microsoft's Skeena font for body text, and Grandview for numbering. I have specified these fonts in the Body Text and ListNumber styles. However, they have now disappeared from the pulldown font list. I appear to be able to use them by typing the font name manually, but think there is some underlying issue that may cause problems later. These two fonts are part of a collection of five cloud fonts released in 2021 as options to replace Calibri as the default font. The other three fonts (which I'm not using) are still in the pulldown list. Any ideas what might be the issue? Jeremy |

No one here can tell you what is going on with Microsoft.
On my computer neither shows up as a cloud font but both show up in Word/Office 365 font lists. Grandview does not show up in my Word 2010 font list but does show up in the 365 list. Note, this is not the place to get any changes made in Word nor the attention of developers at Microsoft. This is an independent user-to-user support forum. MS does not see anything you post here. The way to get their attention is through the feedback mechanisms.
