Can text in a document refer to a page number that automatically changes if the page changes?

Hi all,

Brand new to the forum and hoping to learn a lot! I apologize for the long, slightly convoluted, title, but hopefully, I can add some more context here!

I have a Word document that has page numbers in the header. I have a table on that page where I want a cell to have the text, "Carried Forward to Page 44". Is there a way to link it so that if that page number in the header changes that the text automatically changes in the table to read, for example, "Carried Forward to Page 45"?

It's a long shot, I know, but I thought I would ask.
