Default creating a form

Hello everyone. I´m new on this forum. Can you please help me? Don´t know is this question for this forum so forgive me if I´m wrong. I need this document in word to be a form in which I can insert values without lines or brackets or somthing else moves. If anyone can help with solution I would bi grateful. Thanks in advance.

There are some good videos on YouTube to help you see how this is done. You'll want to make the areas where people will type or select the response in content control.

This video is in English, and the Word toolbar is shown in English, but hopefully it will make sense.

Do not combine both Content Controls and legacy form fields in the same document.

A key to keeping other text from moving, if that is truly what you want, is to place your Content Controls in a table. There need be no borders displayed or printed on these tables.
