Hidden status bar with side-by-side
I'm using Windows10 2022, Office 365.
I noticed today that when I drag two Word windows to the sides to give a "maximized" side-by-side view, their status bars are hidden behind the Windows taskbar. I don;t recall this being the case with Windows before. I can't find a setting that will change this. Maybe I simply never noticed the issue before. New or old, is this yet another feature that some geek in a windowless tower in Redmond decided was appropriate, or am I simply not finding the applicable checkbox? My Windows taskbar is set to automatically hide for max screen area. Thank you. |

Okay, I figured it out. The problem is caused by having Windows' sticky notes displayed. Go figure.
