Is there a way to have Word look like Libre Office? I am still struggling with the Layout of MS Office and would like to have an outlike (menus etc.) like in Libre Office/ Open Office. Is there maybe another layout one can select?

Word has never employed the same menu structure as Libre. Instead of the Ribbon (which you really should be using given that it's been around for 15 years now and isn't going away anytime soon), you can use an addin to simulate to older Word 2003 menus. Thanks. I wholeheartedly agree with @AlanCator in the other thread about the (non-)logics within Ribbons. But this seems as a lot of help.
