Signature field - Word to pdf conversion
Hi,
I am creating a fillable pdf from word form (Microsoft 365 MSO), when the form is converted to Pdf, the signature field doesn't give the 'Sign here' label in pdf. I have used the standard signature field in word form. While preparing form in pdf, the check box for 'This document requires signatures' is not checked. How to ensure that the pdf form after conversation shows the 'Sign here' label on the signature field and allows to configure the digital id? Thanks. |

The functionality of a Word fillable form doesn't translate seamlessly when you export it to PDF. You will need to use an application which allows you to edit the PDF after creation to make that functionality.
The original application to edit PDFs is Adobe Acrobat but there are other cheaper third party applications that can also do the job.

Thank you. I will implement your suggestion to see if the 'Sign here' label appears in pdf.

It won't appear in the pdf until you CREATE it in the pdf - add it to the pdf file using a pdf editor.
