I have ms word file which has 50 pages. I want to separate such words in this file, beginning with Like abc.. ? and want to past them in excel columns..

Your question is vague.
Do you have a list of words? If so, where is that list stored? What information about these words do you want to paste into Excel? After all, it is quite simple to merely copy content from Word and paste it into Excel - you don't even need a macro for that.
