Default I want to format the line better but there are too many spaces between words

I inserted a sentence I took from a table, and pasted it into text. But there is a problem the words come out too detached. I mean I want to see the words more merged without so many spaces, how can I do? Thank you

The fully justified paragraph format is meant to spread the words on each line of the paragraph so that the left and right sides align. When a line spreads out as badly as the one you have shown it is an indication that the content on the NEXT line (which we can't see) won't fit in the remaining space of the second line. We can assume the next word is very long but it is most likely that you have a long string or URL which doesn't include any spaces (and hence doesn't allow some of that string to fit on the second line).

You can either:
- add a tab at the end of that line or
- add some spaces to the following string so that part of that 'word' can fit on the second line or
- turn on hyphenation to allow Word to hyphenate the next word wherever it needs to break.

Is that oddly spaced line the last one?

I'm attaching an image that shows the difference between ending a justified paragraph with a paragraph break (¶) versus a line break. Without a paragraph break, the shorter end line thinks it has to stretch itself across the print area.

You could also indent or change your margins if you want to keep it to the width of the table.

As kilroyscarnival pointed out, a justified paragraph will display spaced out words if the paragraph is terminated with a line break.

As a workaround, you can put nonbreaking spaces between the words in the last text line. Use Ctrl+SpaceBar to add each nonbreaking space.
