stop word from automatically saving previous versions of documents
When I open Word it gives me a list of available files, including, unfortunately, earlier saved versions of the same document, which is annoying and confusing!
How can I have Word list the last versions only?!! Thanks Franco |

Are you referring to the 'Back Stage" screen?
When you say 'versions' of the same document, are these named differently? Or are these the Auto-Save/Auto-Recovery versions of the files? |

I don't know what the "Back Stage" screen is, but they look like the the Auto Save/Auto Recovery files, with the same name. but in sequence by the date they were last saved. They appear listed in a side screen that can be closed. Ittiandro |
