How can I delete this rectangle, if I delete it with the cancm key, it deletes everything? Thank you |

You can't delete it because the rectangle doesn't exist in your document.
The "rectangle" appears because "Show text boundaries" is turned on. If you don't want the text boundaries to show simply go to File | Options | Advanced | Show document content and turn it off |

Looking at your sample document, I see that the text paragraphs are contained inside a frame. Select both paragraphs and press Ctrl+Q which will revert to "ordinary" paragraphs without the frame.
