I have a docx file in A3 page that it has 4 columns. In fields part, I can use page reference for bookmarks, but I need a field for referencing column number, because there is 4 columns and it's difficult to find bookmark in printed file. For example I need a field for this: for more information see data in page 54 column 3.

Word provides no built-in means of identifying the page column in which a cross-reference occurs. In any event, you should insert a cross-reference to the relevant heading or caption on that page as well, rather than just to the page #.
