Why do I get these horizontal arrows, how can I remove them?

Those are non-printing characters that indicate you have inserted three tabs. Just select and delete the tabs.

No, it is a setting that exists only in a computer with 2016, because instead opening the same file with another computer, always with word 2016, these arrows do not appear?

Well, if you think you know better than people who have been using Word for 30+ years, why don't you solve it for yourself...

In the Options, Display options, the TABS may be selected to always display regardless of the pilcrow being active in the normal view of the application.

Yes, but that option only shows/hides the tabs, and has been available in every version of Word for the past 30 years. In any event, the OP said he wanted to remove them, not just hide them and, when I told him:

Yes. I think he is not communicating the issues he is having.
The TAB indicators are showing up when he doesn't expect them. He declared the Pilcrow is not active, but he still sees the TAB indicators. He should be able to delete them as instructed. Not going through that with him. Quote:
You know we are often at the disadvantage of not only language, but jargon and experience in trying to help OPs on any forum. |

In another post the OP states they are comparing 2016 and 2021.

The display of nonprinting marks is specific to each Word user (each Word installation). This isn't something that is controlled by the document or stored within the document itself. (Confusingly, it is possible to temporarily change the setting for just one document window. The setting which is active when you exit the last Word window in a session will determine the status of nonprinting marks the next time you start Word.)
In the Word Options dialog box, clear all check marks for nonprinting characters, including the "All" option. This will hide the nonprinting marks but not delete any of them. Tab characters can be deleted the same way as you can delete other content.
