Hello Experts! Hoping one of you can assist. Have been having issues with on of our users Word when she prints the text looks like it's all scrambled together. I have attempted quick repair, repair, uninstall & reinstall, have removed the printers and re-added, updated the drivers. Have checked all of the format & spacing settings as well. Thank you. Could you also attach a sample Word document with the problem?
Is this imported/pasted from another program or a web page? |

On my computer, it display's fine. How does it print for you?
Check to see if there is an update for your display adapter, and for your printer. |
