Word 2003 - Textbox being moved by text
Hi all. Kindly read further before replying because the answer may not be as obvious as it seems.
In Word 2003, a text box is being pushed to the next page by the entry of added text. This is odd. I've formatted the text box via right-click > Format Text Box > Advanced, then unchecked the box 'Move object with text' but it hasn't worked completely. The text box doesn't fill the page width, being only 16.5 cm wide. So there's room for the cursor to appear outside the box on the left side of the page. And when I hit enter, enter, enter etc, the cursor moves down the page without disturbing the 21 cm long text box. But when the cursor reaches the bottom of the page and jumps onto page 2, the text box follows it. Suggestions would be welcome :-) |
