Default choosing common words to complete sentences in letter templates

hey guys and gals

what i would really like to do is as follows:
have a basic letter template which includes things like

"in stock we currently have items in the following colours" and then somehow be able to select multiple options from a selection of common possibilities (e.g. red, blue, green, yellow) and those words get added into the proper sentence in the final document

ideally there would also be an option to choose a non-standard option too (e.g. cyan)

is that possible in any existing software? i know it would be possible to design software to do this but i'm hoping it can be done in Office!

thanks in advance
