Default Making dash automatic through line

I want to make notarial deed which include dashed line:

-Para penghadap masing-masing bertindak sebagaimana
tersebut di atas menerangkan terlebih dahulu sebagai
berikut :

the lines would be:

-Para penghadap masing-masing bertindak sebagaimana-----
tersebut di atas menerangkan terlebih dahulu sebagai--------
berikut :-----------------------------------------------------------

how to automate "The Process Dashing line" as i described above?

in the attachment, i give three example:

one without dash line
one with manual dash line
one with auto dash line

i asked how to make auto dash line from scratch.
i used pre format document with deededitor.
but i do not know how to make it without deededitor

any body can help me?

Yes, that is correct, you add a tab stop with a hyphen leader on the right side of the document.

You could also create a style with this setting.

You will still need to press the tab key at the end of the line to create the dashes. This is going to be a very painful document to edit. The tabs should be added when it is ready to print.
