All docx files lost their formatting
Suddenly today, ALL my Word files are changing from normal-looking docs (see Capture1, attached) into the formatting of Capture2, attached.
I've gone back to my older backups and after restoring, they open with this same spread-out formatting of Capture2. Even when creating a new doc, it defaults to Capture2 formatting. Strangely, when I export into a pdf, my original formatting reappears. My guess is that some setting in Word has gone awry. I'd love any advice! Thank you, Jean
