I'm sure it's something simple but any help would be great.
Please see attached document. I simply want the two (2) tables in the body of the document to show up in my TOC. I've highlighted text and included some context in RED font. Look at TOC page and the pages where the tables appear, specifically. PLEASE HELP, and let me know if I can provide any other detail. |
