Default auto filling times based on current times

Hi! I have a report template that I use regularly to create a show report for a theatre I work at. I have subheading and auto resizing text fields for input etc, and an auto updating date field. which is all great, but I would love to have an auto updating time field that updates between two specific times in relation to the time the report is being written.

For example if the report is being written after the 200 pm show, at 5 pm say, the time field would update and show 2 pm. but if it was being written at 11 pm for the 730 pm show, it would update to show 730 pm. Is there a way to do this without using a combobox or implicitly changing the times myself? Thanks in Advance!
