Post Locking a Form

I created a form and am ready to lock it. I clicked on Protect Document. In the Restrict Fomatting window I checked the appropriate boxes, but the "Yes, start restricting document" bottom is still grayed out.

I only used one type of control in the form: Rich Text

Anyone have any ideas what I may need to do?
