Default Rule that appears above footnotes

Is there any way to format the rule (line) that appears above the footnote(s) at the bottom of a page? I changed the margins for the document, but this line did not adjust.

View > Draft
References > Show Notes – this will display footnotes in a pane at bottom of window
Use the Footnotes drop-down at the top of the Footnotes pane to choose Footnote Seperator
Change it as desired
