Using O365 - each time a .docx is opened and a track change is added it tags as a new user. Have checked that 'Remove personal info..' is unchecked in Privacy Options and 'Always use these values..' is checked in Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office.
Any ideas how to sort this would be greatly appreciated. |

Are you always using the same computer? If you are sometimes using a different computer, verify that the "User name" and "Initials" are the same on both machines. Of course, you will also have to check that "Always use these values..." is selected on both machines.

Checked that name and initials are in the fields and are correct. Seems to be is not picking the fields up?! Just seems to be Word365 as we are not getting the issue with Word2016 users.
