Drop down list change color of a table cell?

I have a simple dropdown list in a table cell and it contains the response "yes" and "no".

I was wondering if its possible to have the cell background color automatically change based on the selection. So if the user selects yes, the background of the cell changes to green. Or to red if no is selected.

Any thoughts?
