After paying and installing I still get: SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED On Sunday, July 17, 2022, most feat
I knew my Office subscription was expiring so I logged into the Microsoft website. (I could not find the link to the Office website.).
I didn’t see an option to renew my subscription but figured no harm would done by purchasing a new subscription. I downloaded and installed it, but still get the: “SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED On Sunday, July 17, 2022, most features of Word will be disabled. Reactivate.” This happens each time I open a document. (Yes, I probably should have used the “Reactivate” button, but I didn’t and have to deal with the fallout.) The only solution I can think of is to uninstall Office, reboot, then reinstall with the new download. I would rather not do this, but will unless you have any suggestions. (Please have some other suggestions.) Do you think my plan will work? |

It sounds as if you have two accounts now and your current office is signed into the one that is expiring. Try logging into the account with the new subscription. Microsoft account | Sign In or Create Your Account Today – Microsoft
There are not Office accounts and Microsoft Accounts, only Microsoft accounts. |
