Inserting text fragments in multiple places of document (Word 2007).
Hello,
this is my first post so I kindly welcome. How to insert (write down, enter, paste etc.) text in multiply places of the document? I use short text fragments, seldom sentences that should appear in many places in the document. The fragments have a fixed size (number of characters). What about space " "? I do not want to divide my text in line or paragraph. Thank you in advance for an answer. |

You have many different options. Greg Maxey made an excellent summary of your choices Repeating Data (Populating Multiple Like Fields)
I prefer the linked Content Controls method
