Editable Forms Not working when using dropdown list
#ask #help
Do we have any Microsoft Word gurus who can help me with something? I have created an editable form for a client in Word and the section I am stuck on is as follows. A number of areas are hidden and then appear when a dropdown box is selected, the options for the dropdown are a simple YES and NO, when YES has been selected the hidden section appears if NO is selected it remains hidden. I have figured out how to do the bit for hiding the section and then it appears when selecting YES using this tutorial on Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UEHeTuv5tG0&t=546s) The issue I have is when the hidden section appears but it is not editable (it has checkboxes and text box fields). Does anyone know why this is happening and can offer any advice on how to get around this? Thanks |

This would best be handled if you supply a sample document with the problem. How to attach a screenshot or file in this forum.
There are a number of potential methods of doing what you are attempting. |
