Did it work in some other version of Windows?
You are using Word 2003?
Would you care to share a sample document?
How to attach a screenshot or file in this forum.

They do not work here, either, using Word 2019.
You missed the other question, just to be sure, you are using Word 2003?

It is now working here. Word 2019(365)

The links to years were not working because there were no bookmarks/headings.
The link to the top of the document does work. I am going to download yours again and check.

I downloaded again to double check. The first time, I tried adding some of my own links and then yours to the top were working. This time, I just checked yours to the top and they worked fine.

Then, I marked your years as headings and the links to them that you had set up also worked fine. I did not add any hyperlinks in this file. Try it out.

I am assuming that you downloaded and tried my updated version.

I know of no security setting in Windows 10 that would do this.

However, Word 2002 is twenty years old and Microsoft does not say that it works in Windows 10. It was designed for Windows XP.

As a matter of fact, they say that Word 2003 does not work on Windows 10, although it has worked for me.
