			I just bought a new keyboard that seems to work well, but sometimes I have issues in Word where I type a sentence and Word indents the continuation of it. Here is an example in the screenshot 
		
		
		
			See how the words “new people” are indented? I certainly don’t wasn’t this. Am I inadvertently pressing some command because I am not used to this new keyboard? Thanks to all who help.  |

			To add to what Charles has said, Ctrl+T sets a hanging indent (using the default tab stop location as a reference point). Maybe you are pressing Ctrl+T by mistake.
