Thank you for the reply! Especially the added link to the article about styles in Word. As I was reading the article "a light bulb clicked on". I had developed web sites (nothing fancy, just the basics) long before Style Sheets were used and as Style Sheets became the way to go, I converted the old HTML tags to them. The same concept applies to using Word Styles.

I appreciate your response and guiding me to the article. It's one thing to read about features. The significance is more likely to register when someone presents an example.
